THE ROLE
The Business Development Director will assist the executive board in developing and enhancing the groups sales strategy. Taking overall responsibility for the new business function you will look to target prospect opportunities through an experienced team of proven business developers.
As a champion for the organisations mission and values the Business Development Director will provide the direction, training and motivation necessary to secure the teams optimum commitment, competency and efficiency.
They will also work closely with the Marketing, Client Management, Operations and IT teams in developing and implementing leading edge service delivery and product solutions for the target market.

- Proven and demonstrable experience within the contract hire and fleet management industries
- Extensive experience of team leadership and management
- An energetic driver for performance and results
- A self starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong negotiator with the ability to influence others
- In depth experience with tender preparation and submission
- Empathetic and positive outlook
- Highly IT Literate
