Client: Location: Salary: Sales Director – London- Take full responsibility for achieving annual sales and profit targets, generating significant new B2B sales through different new channels and building on existing clients
- Network widely to build a new client database using previous experience and contacts in the industry
- Help the team deliver monthly key performance indicators to ensure the department targets are achieved
- Manage the team of Sales & Account Managers to ensure best practice in all areas is adopted
- Attending and presenting successfully at external meetings with clients to generate sales and build the company brand
- Agree strategy going forward for the department – including product offer, delivery methods, customer satisfaction and future trends
- Always being on the front foot to see and grasp any new channels to generate future business
- Ensuring clients and customers receive the best possible customer service from the company
- Planning and managing a personal business portfolio as well as a team portfolio to an agreed Business Plan strategy
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role including the following:
- Proven experience in generating profitable sales through new accounts with Blue chip companies as well as small and medium businesses
- Experience in starting and establishing sales campaigns using a variety of routes to market
- A proven track record of networking and working successfully with clients to build lasting and profitable relationships
- Previous experience in managing people and performance managing account managers to ensure targets are set and achieved
- Experience with analysing marketing data and business reports to further sales and profitability
- Self motivation and the ability to help drive initiatives through to conclusion
- Experience in the Gift Experience/Leisure industry will be a key advantage
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to the business needs of our clients and customers
- A sound knowledge of e-commerce
- Graduate calibre and ideally educated to degree level
- Potential to move forward and take on great

40k-50k Base Plus Commission (OTE 110k)
